The City of Ottawa is grieving the loss of David Hill, the respected Councillor for Ward 3 (Barrhaven West), whose passing has been confirmed. David Hill was elected to represent one of Ottawa’s fastest-growing and most diverse communities. From his office at 110 Laurier Avenue West, he worked tirelessly to address local concerns while contributing to citywide policy and development initiatives.
